Miami Heat hold up until third quarter and than Leonard stepped on the stage dropping 17 of total 33 points. LAC got this win(117-122) but it wasn’t easy. Butler(20/8/7), Olynyk and Herro(19 points each ), Adebayo(18/8/9) couldn’t stop Leonard who recorded first triple-double in his career(33/10/10). Shamet with 22 points showed us that he was up to the task.
The Houston Rockets won against the Timberwolves in Minneapolis 131-124. This was a great game and it was really hard to predict who would win until the very end. Karl-Anthony Towns was the best player in home team with 30 points and 12 rebounds, Andrew Wiggins followed him with 28 points. At the Rockets, Russell Westbrook showed off and scored 45 points, dished out 10 assists and shot 59% from the field. Eric Gordon was also great with 27 points. James Harden scored only 12 points, with awful 23% shooting.
Detroit Pistons had a problem dealing with Memphis Grizzlies without Drummond and Griffin, only Rose stood up but unfortunately couldn’t do it(112-125). Already mentioned Rose who scored 22 points and with this game he extended his 20-point game streak to 10 games in a row. Christian Wood with 20 points led the bench in scoring but not enough offensive power. On the other side, Jackson Jr had 29 and Brooks 27 points. Ja Morant also stood up with 16 points and 12 assists.
Chicago Bulls have lost and Sacramento Kings got their revenge on the previous game(81-98). LaVine with 21 points is pushing weak Bulls but they need to pick up and stand up strong if they want to make the PO. Buddy Hield switch his starting position with Bogdanović who started tonight. Hield with 21 points in 23 minutes of the bench led Kings to this win and finally have broken the bad luck. Barnes(19 points) and Fox(18 points) stopped Bulls with great defence if you can say it that way because Chicago shot only 39% from the floor and had 19 turnovers.
New Orleans Pelicans with Zion Williamson back scored 106 points but Denver have more power and won the game scoring 113 points. Reddick with 18 points, Hart and Zion with 15 points each. Nikola Jokić with 27 points, 12 rebounds and 7 assists led his team in scoring, rebounding and assisting. Craig and Porter Jr both have recorded 15 points and 10 rebounds.
The Hornets played well until the 4th quarter, but the Bucks switched gears and managed to win by 13 (116-103). Giannis Antetokounmpo dropped 30 points and grabbed 16 boards, Bledsoe, who was in some trade talks in past few days, scored 20 points. At the Hornets, Malik Monk scored 31 from the bench, Graham had 19.
The Celtics got a win in Orlando against the Magic 109-98. This was a result of outstanding perfomance by All-Star starter Kemba Walker, as he had 37 points. Hayward followed him with 22. At the Magic, Evan Fournier had 30 points, Vučević had a solid double double, with 17 points and 12 rebounds.
The Knicks played at home versus the Raptors and were very close to getting another upset win, but the Raptors managed to hold them off and win 118-112. Kyle Lowry led the team with 26 points, first time All-Star and All-Star starter Pascal Siakam dropped 23 points. At the Knicks, Dotson had 21 points, Morris had a same amount of points and 10 rebounds, Randle had one point less and one rebound more.
The Oklahoma City Thunder blew out the weak Atlanta Hawks 140-111. This was a close game up until the middle of thirs quarter, when the Thunder just played excellent and secured a win. Gallinari scored 25 points, Gilgeous-Alexander had 24, Schröder had 21 points and 8 assists, CP3 finished with 18 points. At the Hawks, John Collinshad 28 points on 81% shooting, Trae Young, who was recently named All-Star starter in his first All-Star apperance, dropped 26 points and assisted 16 times. Reddish was also good with 20 points.
The San Antonio Spurs couldn’t win at home against the Phoenix Suns (103-99). Devin Booker was the leading scorer of the game with 35 points and he also had 10 assists. Šarić was solid with 20 points. At the Spurs, DeRozan played well once again, as he dropped 30 points on 67% shooting. Aldridge followed him with 16 points.
The Pacers won against the Warriors as expected (129-118) , but it wasn’t an easy game for them. D’Angelo Russell with 37 points made sure to make Pacers’ job harder, but only Robinson III was other solid guy with 18 points. The Pacers were led by TJ Warren who had 33 points, McDermott had 24 points. Sabonis and Lamb both had 16 points.
