Huge night for young players!

Hornets hosted Timberwolves after both teams had great start of the season. Charlotte wanted to continue the streak, but they were stoped by amazing Karl Anthony Towns (37 pts, 15 rebs, 8 ass) and Timberwolves (99-121). Hornets sophomore Devonte Graham continues to impress, as he scored 24 points off the bench, after scoring 23 versus the Nets.

In duel of two rebuilding teams, Wizards ended up as the winners vs Oklahoma City Thunder. They were led by Thomas Bryant, rookie Rui Hachimura and Bradley Beal, who scored 21, 19 and 17 points respectively. At Thunder, best player was Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (28 points), and he was followed by Danilo Gallinari, who dropped 18 points.

Nuggets hosted Suns in what was expected to be an easy matchup for Colorado team. However, game got down to the wire, and after overtime Nuggets won by 1 (107-106). Winning free throws were scored by Jamal Murray who had 27 points. Nikola Jokić recordes his first triple double of the season( 23 pts, 14 rebs, 12 ass). At Suns, Kelly Oubre JR. had 23 points, while Frank Kaminsky (19 pts, 11 rebs) and Devin Booker (18 points) gave him some help.

Kings and Blazers had an interesting game in California, but Portland managed to get a W. Damian Lillard picked off where he finished last season and scored 35 points, and was followed by Hassan Whiteside who almost had a double double(22 pts and 9 rebs). Better than others at Kings were Fox (28,6,5) and Hield (21).

Lakers had their first game in front of their fans, and won against Utah Jazz 95-86. LeBron showed off with a near triple double (32,7,10) and had help in AD who scored 21 points. Jazz are still not on the quite level they want, but good as always was Donovan Mitchell, who scored 24 points in his team’s loss.

Bad first half for the last year’s MIP, Siakam scored 23 points in the second half from his 33 overall. He had a support in Kyle Lowry(29p,7a). Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum redeemed for last game. Boston won 112-106. Bost of the young players recorded 25 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Toronto had 23 lost balls against 9 of Boston’s. They needed to slow the pace of their game, but it was too late.

Derby of New York, victory stayed in Barclays Center, home of Brooklyn Nets. Knights had a lead till last minut and they Nets got serious and dropped 7 points for final 112-109. Kyrie(26p) had one more game that he’s proven that he belongs with the best point guards in the league. Spencer Dinwiddie are trying to get in a race for sixth man of the year with 20 points of the bench. Allonzo Trier scored the most points of NYK, 22p for 23min on the floor.

Two rebuilding team fought last night and Chicago won over Memphis(110-102). Host’s forward JJJ had 23 points and 11 rebounds. Rookie of Chicago Bulls, Coby White scored 25 points wuth 63% from the field. Zach LaVine, leader of the team leaded them with 37 points to win. Chicago are hoping for PO this year, they got talent. It’s just time they need to develop into powerful squad.
